Andreas is a Toronto based documentary wedding photographer who has photographed weddings for couples representing a wide range cultures and traditions, in Canada as well as at destination weddings across France, Italy, Greece, Bahamas, San Francisco, Napa, New York, and as far as Japan…
With a calm and intentional presence, Andreas’ first-person’s style of photography allows you to fully immerse yourself in your wedding day, prioritizing connection with your friends and family while he documents the perfectly imperfect, one-of-a-kind moments without adding much fuss or distraction to you or your guests.
His method of photographing is fairly low key - he is there both as photographer and guest, which makes for a relaxed photography experience for everyone involved.
His work evokes timeless nostalgia, reflecting the beauty, personality, and atmosphere of intimate family celebrations for couples who value authenticity above all else.
With a background in design, extensive experience retouching for Toronto’s leading fashion and editorial photographers, and a refined eye developed through years of his own commercial work, Andreas approaches each wedding with the same level of artistry and precision demanded by high-end commercial clients.
Every collection is photographed, edited, and delivered personally by Andreas, ensuring that your once-in-a-lifetime moments are handled with exceptional care and attention to detail from beginning to end.

My approach: put people at ease, and capture intimate, candid and relaxed photos of them enjoying your wedding day with you.
It’s a blend of “documentary” - capturing moments as they happen, and some family portraits and portraits of the two of you.
Low key, relaxed, and not about me at all.
I imagine myself at my wedding, and think if I were hiring a photographer for my wedding, would I want to spend time running around in a field, holding hands, posing and pretending for a few photos?
Or, would I rather spend these 8 hours or so with my friends and family while someone hangs around and captures the vibe and emotion of the day - that’s how I shoot each wedding, with that mindset.

Hundreds of weddings photographed, locally in the Toronto and Southern Ontario area, as well as Internationally in Europe, US and Japan.
I’m happily married - 20 years now, and together we have three kids (all teenagers now).
I studied graphic design, and worked in advertising before photographing weddings.
I enjoy photographing weddings for couples who put a big priority on simply celebrating the day with their friends and family.
