The ritual of marriage is one that binds us all, across all faiths and cultures. To be invited to bear witness to this is an incredible honour.

When it comes to wedding photography, I’m a firm believer that the best wedding photos are those that are made when moments are left to happen without intrusion, interruption or direction. Candid, genuine, unplanned and completely one-of-a-kind.

If you’re looking for a set of unique photographs of your wedding that don’t look like “wedding photography” and you would much rather spend the day with your friends and family than worrying about what photos to make, then you’re at the right place today.

My fascination with the documenting one of the rituals in life, that connect us all, across all faiths and cultures began years ago at a family wedding.

I didn’t know it then, but those three rolls of black and white film that I photographed for myself would mark the beginning of my career as a documentary wedding photographer.

As a Toronto-based documentary wedding photographer, I’ve been invited into the lives of hundreds of couples, both here and abroad. I bring my whole self to every wedding I photograph, but the work is only made possible by the access and trust that my clients provide me with, something that I am grateful for.
